NNECAPA Conference

The Northern New England Chapter of the American Planning Association (NNECAPA) is a professional organization for planners, municipal officials, and citizens involved with urban and rural planning issues in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. In this talk, Michelle will give a brief overview of what natural burial is and how it can improve our mourning experience. She will address the legalization and permitting of natural burial grounds, common areas of conflict between regulations and the creation of natural burial grounds, and how our municipal and state governments can best support access to natural burial.
